How To Write an Email To Apply For a Job?

When you are searching for a job there are several ways how to apply for it. You may find that the company wants you to send your CV or resume to their email, apply through their job platform or something else. For the former you should not just attach your CV or resume and leave zero word in the body email. Job application email is to show your intention to the specific job you’re applying for, how you find the job advertisement and how interested you are. You can also put the reasons why you are applying and why you should be chosen.

  • write catchy email subject
  • the job title you are applying for
  • your name and contact details
  • mention your interest and skills
  • attach your CV or resume
  • make sure no grammar or spelling mistakes
