Detailed Job Scope:


1. Man 24-hour Operations Hotline

2. Check, schedule, and respond to jobs from agents across different communication channels (emails, Whatsapp, and calls)

3. Plan, assign, and manage drivers

4. Co-ordinate jobs between agents, drivers, crew and colleagues


1. Training will be between a month to two depending on progress and learning ability of Trainee

2. Trainees will need to master ALL functions of the job well before they can man the hotline on their own

3. Trainees will be paid a nominal fee and will then draw a regular salary upon the completion of training

1. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills (both oral, and written)

2. Has initiative and attention to detail

3. Is organized

4. Ability to work independently, and is collected, under pressure

5. Able to handle google products (email and calendar) proficiently

6. Have a good sense of accountability and responsibility, and is reliable

7. Is effectively proficient with using computers and mobile phones.

· To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.

· Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.

· Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.

· Dispensary

· Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.

· Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.

· Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.


· Prior experience as clinic assistant or clinic manager will be an advantage. NO EXP REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
