1 Year Contract Customer Service (Digital) - Macpherson $1800

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Walking distance from Macpherson Mrt (Main Office) -- Currently will be working from home until further notice

Pay:$1800 per month with 1 Months Completion Bonus

Duration: 1 Year - Renewable!

Working Hours: Any 5 Day of the Week including weekends

• Mondays- Fridays : 8.30am to 8.30pm – we have 2 shifts . 1st shift at 8.30am and 2nd shift starts at 11am
• Saturdays 9am – 6pm
• Sunday’s 9am – 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Livechat
• Email
• Answer Customer comments and reviews on Social media and App stores : Facebook, Instagram , Appstore, Google Play , other review sites (open comments and direct messages)
• Raise Service Request and work with IT support to close cases
• Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management report.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in any discipline

Able to start in Jan 2021 and commit long term

Some customer service / internship experience
