Responsibilities:
- Support the Key Account Manager in all operational activities within the Sales Planning Department.
- Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry of sales orders.
- Data-entry duties (form 70% of the time), updating of database, invoices and reports, administration and coordination support to Sales Planning Department. (e.g. data filing/management).
- To handle product-labelling when assigned and inventory matters that may arise.
- To address customer queries when resolving errors in invoices or billing at the same time working with relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
