Occupation: HR Operation Executive

Working hour: 9.00 am – 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00

Job Description

Provide support in managing all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations. Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.

- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal and training plans.

- Administration of attendance data.

- Administration of incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims.

- Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.

- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.

- Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.

- At least 5 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

- Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.

- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of staff.

- Strong analytical and problems solving skills.

- Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills
