Job Descriptions:

• Perform on-site/in-house diagnostic, repair and testing in line with procedures and policies.
• Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers’ policies, process and procedures are met.
• Responsible for routine customer inquiries, updating repair status
• Provides prompt and good service by following standard procedures and policies.
• Attend on-site schedule within the designated schedule
• Update job status in the system after each on-site visit or in-house repair

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with own vehicle (motorcycle or car)
• Hands-on training will be provided
• Transport allowance provided
