Pay: Basic Transport Allowance (up to $800/mth) + 40% profits

• Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

• Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)

• Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches/3D and detailed drawings)

• Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients

• Project management overseeing entire project workflow

• Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors till project completion

• Coordination with project team to ensure conformity to design criterion and construction regulations

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills

• Familiar with interior materials, furnishing, accessories and artwork

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent

• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V Ray Rendering, Photoshop and other relevant soft skills

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Flexibility to travel as required

• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
