Requirements:
- Knowledge on seafood, product features, seafood processing, visual management, service standard, shrinkage management
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE 'A' level/’O’ level with 5 years of work experience in fresh food retail operations
- Teamwork + Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of SAP system
