TIM OPERATOR

· Perform counter sales duty for betting products, namely Toto, 4D, Big Sweep, Sports and Tote bets

· Process prize claims for winning tickets

· Maintain a high standard of housekeeping of the TIM booth area

· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image

· Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction

· Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
