Job Description

Position : URGENT: 5X FRONT DESK OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST (3-MONTH CONTRACT)

Location : TANJONG PAGAR

Working hours : 12-HOUR WORK SHIFT / AM SHIFT: 8AM - 8PM ; PM SHIFT: 8PM - 8AM; 4days work, 3 days off / 44 hours per week

Salary : $1,800 Basic + $200 Transport Allowance + $500 Risk Allowance + Meals Provided + Transport Provided from nearby MRT Station

Duration : Contract

Industry : PROVIDE FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF DORMITORY FOR FOREIGN WORKERS

Main Responsibilities:

Do in checking-in/checking-out of residents into housing/dormitories

Check in and check out for sea crew into our vessel hotel.

Do the daily meal list, pre-check in registration, house keeping list.

Hanle daily operations for interim housing (Similar to dormitories and Hotels)

handling enquiries and feedback from residents, delivering food/amenities for residents.

PPE will be required and provided for all necessary task.

Coordinating between various service providers/stakeholders e.g, cleaning company, security, maintenance, etc.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Flexible and willing to work shift work

Immediate starter is preferred

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
