Job Description

• Lead a team of machinist
• Lead and groom junior machinist
• Troubleshoot technical problem (Taper / Threads Chattering / OD / ID Distortion / TIR & Wall   Thickness Out , etc)
• Perform initial set up efficiently and effectively; set cutters / inserts, verification of CNC Programme
• Read complex drawing / prints
• Run machine independently
• Ensure Production Run Time meets Engineering allocated cycle time
• Perform basic machine maintenance scope
• Perform daily 5S and ensure shop floor is organized and clean

Job Requirements

• Experience with 4 & 5 axis machining
• Experience in Fanuc Controller, Mazak Control
• At least 5 - 10 years of working experience in Precision Manufacturing of Oil & Gas components
• Good attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Good team player
• 'Safety' mindset, always placing safety as a priority
