• Position      : Senior Sales Manager (Life Science Equipment/ Leading a Team)
• Location      : Telok Blangah MRT
• Working hours    : Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary       : Up to $9000 Basic + $1200 Transport Allowance + Commission + 16 days Annual Leave
• Duration      : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the respective division’s sales target and all agencies’ sales targets are met
• To be responsible for the performance and general welfare of all agency lines in the respective division
• To identify potential customers and their needs and expand the base by bringing in new customers/projects
• To initiate and strategise acquisition of new agency lines with the objective to growth the business in the respective division
• To Identify emerging business trends, provides direction and leadership to ensure effective operations, complete customer satisfaction and long-term sustainable growth of the division.
• To ensure that all territories are being effectively assigned to all Product Managers/ Specialists for optimal coverage
• To ensure that all agency lines are being effectively appointed to respective Product Managers/Specialists based on their knowledge and capabilities
• To review and approve all sales & marketing programmes
• To ensure all reports required by the management are submitted accordingly
• To act as the lead in establishing and maintaining all principals and customers relations
• To perform any other work as and when required

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• At least a Degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biochemistry or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience of proven track record in managing a sales team. 
• Competent and experienced at creating and progressing sales strategy for growth
• Must be team player with a great attitude, with an ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
