Kitchen Crew (Dim Sum / Chinese Pastry)

Salary: $2000-$2400

Location: Jalan Besar

Working hour: 6 days / Morning and Night shift

Duties

- To produce consistently high quality Dim Sum & Chinese Pastry.

- Maintaining the quality, consistency, and production of areas of responsibility in the dim sum kitchen.

- Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality ingredients.

- Ensure market lists are completed on a daily and weekly basis.

- Ensures that the Dim Sum kitchen is managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements.

- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Chinese cuisine

- Chinese Dim Sum Specialty Preferred

- Able to prepare Dim Sum filling, Xiao Long Bao dough & other semi product
