1.    Perform pre and post kitchen housekeeping chores

2.    Prepare and cook the food items as stated on the Captain order

3.    Replenish the food supplies in the store accordingly to the daily par stock requirements

4.   Ensure the presentations of the food items are appealing to the members before serving to the table

5.    Maintain a high standard of the kitchen cleanliness before and after the kitchen operations
