The incumbent will provide administrative and logistic support which includes:

• Arranging and coordinating interviews
• Help with administrative tasks for events
• Assist in housekeeping of data/files
• Apart from the above, the temporary staff will also be involved in the following:
• Assist in UAT on automated processes
• Assist in UAT and implementation of projects
• Able to physically carry transport test/interview materials from venue to venue
• Help receive interviewee and interviewers and escort them to interview room
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Candidates should be:

- Competent with MS Office applications

- Able to physically carry transport test/interview materials from venue to venue

-Applicant will be required to help receive interviewee and interviewers and escort them to interview room

- Careful and detail-oriented
