The position is responsible for providing support throughout pre & post Sales, to ensure flawless execution of order processing, trace resolution & escalation/exception/complaint handling, service level agreement & internal processes. Manages shipment tracking and trace requests from customer on timely manner.

Responsibilities: 

• Handles customer escalations from customers on a timely manner.
• Acts as escalation point for customers and other parties within the team.
• Able to provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow through end-to-end.
• Manages and investigates customer Claims
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
• Passes Sales leads or any potential business opportunities to Sales Team

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
