Job Description:
- Prepare quotations, correspondences letter and faxes;
- Control and issue purchase requisition and purchase order;
- Prepare invoices;
- Prepare summary reports fortnightly;
- Liaise with finance and supplier on payment;
- Handle all filing matters of operation departments;
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries;
- General administration duties;
- Prepare namelist submission;
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'O' Level.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
