Salary: $2300 - $3000

Working location: Raffles

Working hours: 5 or 5.5 days, Start from 2:45pm

Benefit: Transportation allowance when back to normal, Meal included

Job Duties:

- Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations in a professional kitchen

-Functions include menu creation, food purchasing, and maintenance of quality standards.

-Assumes the role of cost controlling and maintaining food cost, and supervises storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures.
