Job Description:

• Responsible in using Opencart & Shopify, our main eCommerce platforms to manage stock Inventory & receive incoming inventor and raise purchase orders for all the necessary stock purchases (domestic & international)
• Responsible in- charge of orders & delivery management and reconciliation of statements lines
• Responsible in managing external payroll for outsource labour
• Responsible in coordination with customer experience team and operations team on orders
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Have 2 years’ experience in the eCommerce industry is preferred
• Experience in using Opencart, Shopify, Xero and Monday.com is preferred
