• Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
• Town Council located at West area
• Up to $2300, Entry Level for Diploma Holder in Facilities Management or related field
• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
• Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
• Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available candidates are highly preferred
