Job Description
- Support the day-to-day operations of Hubs
- Pack orders carefully to ensure that all orders are sent out correctly without any missing items, condiments or utensils
- Assist to conduct daily and weekly inventory checks
- Resolve issues with customers (on the phone with Eaters, face-to-face with Riders) and strive to deliver excellent customer service
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost the reputation of Kitchen / Hubs
