Working location: Bishan

Working hours: 5 days a week rostered on both weekdays & weekends 

Available shifts: 10am - 6pm (permanent), 11pm - 7am (permanent) 35 hours per week

Salary: $2,000 per month + $200 fixed shift allowance

Job scope:

• 2nd Level customer service
• Provide emergency and round-the-clock support and response to our users
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to identify the root cause of a problem and
• provide a satisfactory resolution

Job Requirement:

• Some customer service experience preferred
• Able to start on immediate notice
