🔅 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

In the run up to the campaign (regular working hours)

• Search checking across markets - copy pasting from table in local language and noting down when our official store does and doesn’t appear

• Campaign checking on visibility days (1 by category by market before 11.11 and the same for 12.12) – nothing if planned flash sales are happening or not and how they are performing

• Competitive intelligence – share which competitors are doing well in search, FS and on store decoration by taking screenshots and loading onto a shared document

• FB ads code creation across customers and markets – generate UTM tracking codes and copy/paste into excel

• Download past performance campaign data

During the campaign (11.11 and 12.12 campaign days from 12-3.30 AM and from 9 AM – 8 PM)

• Search checking

• Campaign checking

• Competitive intelligence

Must-Have Skills:

• Excel (should be relatively comfortable)

• Data entry – be comfortable with looking at data, understand simple trends, patterns etc.
