Job Description:

• Assist customer to go through online transactions of new website for a survey and gather their feedback

• You will not be required to find your own customer, the retail assistant will direct you to a customer 

• Basic troubleshooting or screenshot the website errors and escalating to technical team if error occurs

• Daily record of customer details
