Location: Macpherson (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 6pm

Requirement

- Min Diploma and above

- Able to commit immediately for 1 year

- Have some admin experience before

Job Description

• Entry of accurate sales data into the systems to create sales orders

• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders

• Oversee the workload of each team member and ensure that the delegation of tasks is balanced

• Follow through the orders thoroughly to ensure that there are no delays in the provisioning

• Supervise and ensure that the tasks delegated to the team are on track and provisioned

• Keeps management informed of all updates, escalating issues unable to resolve within stipulated SLA
