We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Ubi / Macpherson (walking distance from MRT)

Pay: $1800 - $2000

Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Entry of accurate sales data into systems to create sales orders
• Supervise and ensure that the tasks delegated to the team are on track and provisioned
• Follow through the orders thoroughly to ensure that there are no delays in the provisioning
• Arrange delivery and Notifiy customers on the delivery
• Verify application forms and supporting documents 
• Liaise with customers via phone and email
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min Diploma in any disclipine

• some admin experience
• Able to commit long term
• able to answer phone calls and reply emails
