We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Temp Sales Coordinator(Till March 2021)

Location: Joo Koon (Near to Joo Koon MRT)

8.15am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

S$2500/mth salary

•            Receiving and processing the service orders in the relevant systems.

•            Coordinating with the sales, field service / workshop coordinators to ensure all customer purchase orders are placed onto relevant systems on time.

•            Make sure customer purchase order and sales quotations are tally.

•            Placing the service orders in the system and being responsible for them from start to finish.

•            Follow up of deliveries with DC or external suppliers and update to sales & service coordinators.

•            If change in work scope, liaise with sales and get new purchase order and revised quotation from sales, and coordinate with service coordinators

•            Up on receiving of service reports, time sheet and delivery orders from service coordinator, then compile all the document/s, customer PO, Sales quotations and ready for invoice

•            Any other duties as assigned
