We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to the Client

Responsible for marketing and leasing of commercial and residential properties including prospecting and securing of tenants to optimize occupancy of the properties. Negotiate and execute new leases and follow-up on renewal lease. To develop long term tenant-landlord relationships and provide a high level of service to customers to achieve repeated business. 

Job requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline (no experience required, entry level)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented individuals
• Drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
