Responsibilities 

• Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, custom declaration, permit for transport & shipping documentation arrangements.
• Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties.
• Coordinate with customers for shipments and required documentation.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
• Liasing with internal departments on logistics and warehouse arrangements.

Requirement

• With the SC 401 Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate
• Good knowledge in TradeNet.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Working in the related field is advantage for this position.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
