Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling and minimizing the flow through delinquent and terminated dollars of accounts in collections.
• Achieve the target as setting.
• Ensuring and containing write offs within or better than Plan numbers for pre write-off portfolio, and to increase recoveries for written-off accounts.
• Awareness of legal rules and regulations.
• Relief plan management for pre charge off.
