- Deliver memorable retail experience and premium service to new customers
- Share top premium product range (with product demo) and recommend related accessories
- Responsible for store visual merchandising to enhance customer store experience
- Provide customers an end-to-end after sales service (premium giveaway, device set-up, transferring of data, etc) to create brand and customer loyalty
- Converse engagingly with individual customers and with small groups to uncover customers’ needs / wants
Requirements:
- In-store Retail experience
- Prior experience in sales with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide good customer experience with personalised recommendations
- Interest in technology and agility in learning new products and features
