Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the HR & Admin Department in full spectrum of human resource & administrative duties.
- Full cycle of Recruitment & Selection: posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing (ability to handle all non-executive interviews), offering & conducting of reference checks
- Work Pass Application (Work Permit/ S Pass/ E Pass/ Training Work Permit); including new application, renewal & cancellation
- Internship placement
- Training Administration
- Admin & logistics support for workplace safe measure management practices
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Admin
- Minimum 2 years of HR/ Admin experience
- High level of integrity with positive work attitude
- Meticulous, independent, ability to handle data and mundane HR & admin work
- Possess initiative, good communication & interpersonal skill
- Good communication in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaker)
