IT Helpdesk Executive - Tech MNC (West, Up to $4k, Premium Project)

Job Responsibilities
•Handle international customers through emails, chatbots and calls
•Act as 1st point of contact to provide solutions to customers with issues & queries
•1st & 2nd level of troubleshooting with technologies such as Windows 10/7, MS office, desktop / laptop,
•Log all calls in the software/tool
•Following up with customers wherever necessary

Experience
•Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Engineering
•Experience in remote desktop support/helpdesk (Up to level 2 or 3)
•Knowledge of service operations and service level agreement
•Experience in troubleshooting Windows, Network, VPN
•Knowledge in desktops/laptops and mobile devices
