Key Responsibility:

- prep chicken for batter frying

- batter fry our signature chicken, able to lift 15kg of fried chicken

- received and pack chicken into chiller. FIFO.

- Prepare food according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

- Ensure the quality of food

- Ensure the food hygiene standards

- Ensure the cleanliness in the kitchen

Pre-requisites

- With or without experience are welcome (training will be provided)

- must be physically fit and active (able to carry 20kg of flour, 15kg panned Chicken, non-stop frying during peak hours)

- must be able to work in a hot and oily environment

- Pleasant personality

- Proactive in learning

- Good communication skills

- Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment

- Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work

Salary Range

- from $2100 per month - 44 hrs (applicable to Singaporean and PR only)

Part-time position

up to S$8 /hour onwards (min. 35 hours weekly)

Working Hours / Location

Rotating shifts / Islandwide

6 days work week
