Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Attend to phone and email enquiries professionally
- Deliver accurate and consistent advice to customers
- Enter cases into case management system
Requirement:
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- At least Diploma in any field
Other Information
Salary: Up to $2800/mth
Duration: Immediate until 1 March 2021
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: Shift hours between 6.30am & 10pm
Working Days: 5 days between Monday to Sunday
