Senior Customer Service Executive – Singapore Based Tech App Company
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week from 10am to 7pm (on Mondays to Fridays) + Half day (on Saturdays)
Location: Tai Seng
Basic $2,200 - $2,800 (commensurate to experience)
Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and personalised support in every interaction with drivers and riders in a timely manner
• Possess strong product knowledge when speaking about company services
• Identify root causes of common problems and collaborate with team members to make continuous improvements
• Make customer care a competitive difference; consistently exceeding customers’ expectations
Be prepared to:
• Work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
• Interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Negotiate and resolve potential conflicts
• Work both independently and together as a team to strengthen customer support

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma preferred
• Minimally 2 year work experience in sales / customer service / operations / call centre
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients
• Good Microsoft Office (E.g. Word / Powerpoint / Excel) skills
