• Good Coordination with Company in Asean Country / dealers for machine booking & order.
• Make machine order booking timely and accurately
• To cross check and to confirm the costing sheets for Company
• To ensure customer P/O tally with costing sheet Company
• To amend the costing sheet for company to avoid delay
• Well communication with production for machine collection & delivery
• To ensure internal order to production is perfectly tally with customer P/O
• To rectify all kinds of unclear order items between company & production
• To prepare invoices , packing list , B/L , Co , Insurance , P/O for internal & external
• Update order / shipment database
• Perform administrative duties such as order stationary / in-charges of copier machine in office and etc
• Any other duty assigned by HOD
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Good in Microsoft office & Excel
• Good in prepare shipping documents
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong drive & initiative
• Able to start immediately
• Salary range: $2,400 - $2,800 (depends on experience)
• 5days work week
• Office located in the West, TUAS
• Company is a Japan Manufacturing MNC
• Company transport pick up from : Jurong East, Ang Mo Kio, Admiralty, Bukit Batok, Lakeside
