Security Supervisor (SS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Job duties include leading the team, conduct daily briefing, patrolling, protecting clients’ premise and access control
• Supervise a team of security personnel
• Conduct OJT for new staff
• Attend Management meetings, work closely with client’s representative and carry out instructions according to established SOP

Requirements:

• Possess valid PLRD license with PWM SS grade (completed PWM Supervisor Certificate)

• Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements

• (NEW) Reduced Working Cycle: 3 days' work & 1 day off (3W1O) and 4 days' work & 1 day off (4W1O) - Shift pattern

• Choice of fixed Morning or Evening shift

• Working site can be arranged according to residential convenience / preference

• PC literate

Package:

• Gross Salary from $3,100
