Reponsibilities
- Acquire new customers on board
- Understand pain points of customers
- Gather feedback / information
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Experienced in making high volume of cold calls daily
- Preferably candidates who have experience working as Customer Service / Telesales
- Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Location - Prinsep Street
