The Beauty Stylist manages the operation of the assigned counter. The main responsibilities are to help customers find the products that meet their needs. Provide excellent customer service, makeup/skincare application and achieving sale goals.

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

 Gross Salary ranging from $2500-$3500 or more (subjected to experience and certification)

• Basic salary, high sales commission, incentive and allowances such as:

• Medical, dental, insurance coverage 

• Attractive commission 

• Grooming allowance

• Quarterly free products and staff discounts

• Attendance allowance

• AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 

• Provide personalized consultation and service to guests 

• Demonstrate product on customers correctly and hygienically 

• Sharing product knowledge and skincare expertise

• Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment

• Maintain basic housekeeping, stocks replenishment and merchandising duties

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Passionate about beauty/ skincare and service industry

• Open to working shift hours and flexibility to meet roster retail hours

• Customer oriented personality

• Good communication skill, well-groomed and confident

• Able to perform retail operational hours 

• Qualification of one or more of the following: GCE N/ O Level / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC  

• Possessed Certification in ITEC / CIBTAC or CIDESCO or Make-up Artistry
