Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of office administrative
• Arrange air ticket & hotel booking for the staffs/ guests
• Check the stock & order the office supply such as stationery, event stuffs, drinking water, pantry supply,etc.
• Ensure office operating and collaborate closely with sister company
• Handling of all the incoming calls, guest visiting & courier delivery
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Provide partial spectrum of Account supports

• Data entries of all invoices & payments to SAP system
• Performing monthly payroll
• Performing month end closing
• Preparing Quarterly GST filling
• Other ad-hoc duties
