M & E Supervisor
Salary: S$2500 - S$3200
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hour: 8am - 6pm
Location: Jurong East
Job Description:
· Supervise the daily M & E works and coordinate with sub-contractors on installation matters
· Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
· Carry out inspections for all M & E installation to ensure proper quality checks and regulations are compiled
· In charge of sanitary wares / equipment from M & E suppliers
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with min 3 years’ experience
· Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Software is an added advantage
· Understand local construction by-law
· Experience with condo project
