Job Responsibilities:

• Operates in the front-of-house operations to take orders and ring sales order into the cash register.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages ensuring quality and efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains hygiene, cleanliness, and housekeeping of work areas, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines 
• Monitors stocks of ingredients and food items and assists with the preparation of inventory supply orders.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Fulfill any other relevant job duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Obtain knowledge to operate a café style coffee machine
• Ability to prepare beverages with good speed
• Able to commit to shift hours
• Passionate and energetic
• Maintain a good and harmonious relationship with all staff
• Presents a clean-cut, neat, and professional image
• Exhibits and encourages proper hygiene and sanitary habits
