- Only work around 15 days/month
- {Work 3 days, rest 2 days. Work 2 days, rest 3 days}
- Fixed shift (no rotation): Day or Night
- Can choose: 3 months / 6 months / Longterm

- Day Shift: Up $1300++ / Night shift: Up $1500++
