Salary: Up to $2000
Duration: 1 year contract (Extendable)
Working hours: 4 day shift, 9am - 9pm or 9pm-9am , must be ok with overnight shifts (currency exchange, money changer)
Job Description
We are looking for reliable individuals who are concerned with customer satisfaction, building relationships, and getting to know your customer along with all aspects of foreign exchange. You are expected to achieve high level of accuracy of cash handling, manage stocks and perform any other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handling foreign exchange transaction.
- Encashment of traveller’s cheque
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers, where necessary.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Preparing reports and other paper work related.
Requirements
- O levels or equivalent.
