Food Processing Assistant (Central Kitchen)
WHITE RESTAURANT - 8A Admiralty Street, Singapore
$1600 to $1800 (monthly)
- Assist in in the Central Kitchen production operations
- Preparation of pre-cook food items for restaurants
- Prepare and determine right quantity of various ingredients for sauces
- Monitor the inventory level notify the Production Operations Manager when stock level is low
- Familiarise with all sauces and cooking methods for all food production items
- Stir-fry chilli paste
- Defrost and cut poultry, and other meat items
- Peeling of prawn shell
- Anticipate the following day’s supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients
- Keeping production area clean and hygienic
