Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain excellent customer engagement and communication so as to anticipate customer's requirement and develop a sustainable business relationship.
• Lead and manage a large service delivery team in operating mailroom, print-room, fleet management, front-desk and help-desk.
• Ensure the achievement of service level agreement by the service delivery team in accordance to the scope of work.
• Engage and motivate staff to achieve optimum staff effectiveness.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on equipment, supplies and billing.
• Prepare monthly reports for billing and customer review meeting.
• Manage third party vendors effectively in providing high quality services.
• Initiate continuous improvements to achieve increased efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain and update ISO operating procedures, work instructions and quality records.
• Collaborate with the sales teams in identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business Management, IT or related disciplines

• Knowledgeable in related service businesses and business processes in Banking industry

• Good problem solving, questioning and analytical skills with positive attitudes

• Good communication and interpersonal

• Strong commitment, ownership and self-motivated personality
