Quantity Surveyor ( Earthwork Field )

• Salary: Up To $7500 ( Based on Experiences )
• Location: Tuas South
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 8am to 5pm
• One Saturday of each month have to work
• With 5years & above experience preferred

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing

- Assist in tendering process; perform measurement and cost breakdown

- Liaise with main contractors, suppliers & other parties involve in the project

- Prepare awards of contracts, payment certification, bills of quantities and other contract related documents to main-con/supplier

- Assist in final account settlement/ commercial settlement of project account

- Identify and evaluate variation work

- To analyze project costing with relevant breakdown

- Ensure and perform duties within timeline given
