Position: Logistics/ Export Coordinator

Location: Penjuru Lane

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: Up to $2400 + 14 days AL + Medical benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare quotation, presentations, & proposals, Sales Contract or Performa Invoice / Export Notification for shipment.

Attend to customers’ enquiries & resolve customers’ concerns.

Liaise with Operations for goods readiness & ensure prompt delivery of goods to customers

Monitor the stock movement from warehouse to customers & shipment into Warehouse/ Terminals.

Monthly Sales Turnover/ Volume/ Products Report for different territories assigned

Prepare import/ export permit declarations and customs clearance

Any other ad hoc or admin duties as requested.

Requirements:

At least Diploma with min 2 years of related experience.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Strong Sense of urgency

Able to start immediately/ within short notice.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
