Our Clients – A well-established company of high establishment is undergoing expansion plans in the region to support the growth of its business. Self-motivated, proactive and high caliber individuals are invited to be part of the team.

The Role:

• Support sales team in job processing and coordination of orders

• Prepare DO, invoice, quotation, PO

• Provide admin support to management

• Prepare documents and co-ordinate shipments

• Process customer's orders daily

• Attend to phone calls

• Ensure timely delivery to customers

• Monitor and order stock based on customers' requirement

• Perform adhoc duties assigned

The Requirements:

• Applicants who possess relevant qualifications, employment background and suitable skill sets are most welcome to apply
